Pick up is from 7/13 Enterprise Close West Gosford, you will be notified via email when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours with the exception of weekends & public holidays. Collection times are Monday - Friday 10am-3pm. PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be held for 10 business days, then a refund will be issued.


We want you to love your Evoke hat as much as we loved designing it. If you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to refund. We currently do not offer exchange. If you believe your hat is faulty, we will replace it when notified within 7 days after its arrival to you. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shippingPlease keep hats in original packaging with tags attached, fill in the enclosed returns form and send back to us. All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with these conditions will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account.
