What is Flexi-braid?

Flexibraid is an innovative new flexible weave textile technology that is lightweight, hard wearing and crush resistant, making it the ideal fabric for travel. Comprised of a blend of unique fibres and filaments hats made from our Flexibraid are certain to hold their Shape and withstand the rigours of travel.

What size hat do I wear?

Measure where your hat would sit with a ribbon or string in CMs around your head, just above the top of your ear.  Select the size up from your measurement (M/L = 58cm, L/XL = 60cm).  EG. if you are 59cm, choose L/XL.  The adjustable ComfyFit will modify the crown to fit your head perfectly.

How do I pack my Evoke hat?

There is a tag attached to all Evoke hats to explain the best packing technique for your specific hat.

Can I wash my Evoke hat?

All hats in our Wash’n Wear collection can be washed. If your hat is not in the Wash’n Wear collection then we recommend Spot Cleaning your Evoke hat.

How do I check my order status?

Once you place your order online an confirmation will be sent through via email with the shipping details. If you have any questions about your order, please call our customer service representatives (+61 2 4324 4409) who are ready to assist you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Evoke hat as much as we loved designing it. If you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to refund. We currently do not offer exchange. If you believe your hat is faulty, we will replace it when notified within 7 days after its arrival to you. Please keep hats in original packaging with tags attached. All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with these conditions will be credited to your credit card. - See shipping and returns

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Do you repair hats?

We do not provide services for hat repair. We recommend customers take any minor repairs that need to be made to a tailor or shoe repair shop.

What is the difference between UPF and SPF?

UPF stands for “Ultraviolet Protection Factor” and it is used to rate fabrics and their protection against the sun’s ultraviolet rays.

SPF is used to rate lotions and skin care products.

What makes fabrics sun protective or UPF rated?

Our fabrics are tested by the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) and they determine what fabrics qualify as UPF 50+. The hats that qualify block 97.5% of the sun’s ultraviolet rays. There is no special chemical that creates this protection; it is how the fabric is woven that creates the protection.  Please remember that only the skin that is shaded is protected.

For proper sun protection, we recommend that you wear sunscreen and sunglasses as well as a hat while out in the sun.
